Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Explocationers, we sell digital products (PDF files) that are delivered immediately after purchase. Different rules apply to digital products than to physical products. Below you can read how we handle cancellation and refunds.

No right of withdrawal for digital products

Under Article 6:230p paragraph g of the Dutch Civil Code, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium lapses once delivery has begun — provided that you have expressly consented to this and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

At checkout, we explicitly ask you to agree to immediate delivery and the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal. By giving this consent and placing the order, you can no longer cancel the purchase and have no right to a refund of the purchase price.

When is a refund possible?

We grant a refund in the following exceptional cases:

  • The file is technically damaged or cannot be opened, and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • You have accidentally purchased the same guide twice (please contact us within 7 days).
  • There is a demonstrable error on our part during delivery.

In these cases, you will receive the full purchase price back, or we will offer you a suitable alternative.

How does a request work?

Do you have a valid reason for a refund? Send an email within 14 days of purchase to info@explocationers.com including:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

We respond within 5 business days. If a refund is granted, you will receive the amount back within 14 days, to the account used for payment.
