Data processing for withdrawal requests
When you submit a withdrawal through this form, we process the details you fill in: your name (optional), your order number and your email address. We use these to handle your request and to send you a confirmation of receipt. The legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). For this function we use the service Revoq (BuschBytes, Germany), which processes the data within the EU under a data processing agreement. We keep the data for as long as necessary for our legal obligations and to provide evidence.
